Q: In what settings are therapy services provided?
A: Therapy is provided in the setting that works best for each child. This could be in our clinic located in Oviedo, FL, the child's home, or the child's school/preschool facility.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: Chapman & Associates Therapy Solutions accepts most insurance plans. Please call our office to discuss your specific coverage. We will work with you to determine if you have benefits available for speech, occupational and physical therapy services.
Q: Do you have a sliding fee scale?
A: Yes, we offer a sliding fee scale to our private pay clients. Please call our office to determine if you qualify for a discounted rate.
Q: What ages do you treat?
A: Chapman & Associates Therapy Solutions specializes in early childhood, adolescent and young adult therapy. We see patients birth - 21 yrs of age.
Q: Do you bill insurance?
A: Yes. Chapman & Associates Therapy Solutions provides billing services as a convenience to our clients.
Q: What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
A: All new patients will need to fill out and sign a series of forms. Please visit our Policies and Forms page to access these documents. You can print them, fill them out and bring with you to your first visit. For home visits you will give the completed forms to your therapist at the first appointment. You may also mail them to our office.
